Yes, you can have a warranty for your vehicle battery.
Every battery we supply comes with a 24-month warranty for private vehicles and 12 months for commercial, taxi and rideshare vehicles. If you have any problems with your battery within this period, we can replace it with new batteries without charges.

Yes. We work 24/7 and there's no call-out fee, day or night. If we're called out for a battery, testing shows the battery isn't the problem and you decide not to go ahead, a $150 charge applies.
Yes, you can exchange the batteries purchased from us if there are any problems with new batteries under some terms and conditions. We understand that sometimes new vehicle batteries can be faulty. That's why we provide an exchange program for all of our products.
